Shipping Charges - When orders are placed online, shipping charges are calculated and the customer is advised by email of the exact freight costs. Once final approval is received from the customer only then is the credit card charged and the order is processed for shipping. Company policy is never charging a customer credit card until the final quotation with shipping charges are approved.
We always quote the lowest cost possible to all points across Canada, by ground or air, whichever the customer prefers. Cost and method most often depends on the urgency of goods being received at specific times, which we can, in most cases accommodate.
If there is a specific date and time the merchandise ordered must be received, it must be indicated on the order or by email notification.
If an order is to be delivered to a residential address and no one is available to accept delivery, additional charges may apply unless specific information is provided. This includes instructions that the goods can be left without a signature, where on the property they’re to be left, and a telephone number at which the customer can be contacted during the day.
All showcases, cash counters and wood displays ship case packed ready for assembly unless otherwise instructed or specified by the customer. Assembly is available upon request at $60.00 per unit for certain products.
Shipping Delivery – It is incumbent of the customer to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives noting any damage on the bill of lading and making sure the driver is aware of the problem. Images need being taken of the actual damaged of the cartons, pallets or merchandise received.
